1. Advance Booking
Payment
Once an advance booking payment is made to reserve an apartment/unit, it confirms the buyer’s intention to purchase the selected property.
This advance amount is used to initiate internal processes such as unit blocking, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Please note: All advance booking payments are strictly non-refundable.
2. Buyer Withdrawal / Non-Completion of Purchase
In case the buyer chooses not to proceed with the purchase of the apartment/unit after paying the advance, the booking amount shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
This policy is applicable irrespective of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal by the buyer.
3. Legal & Dispute Resolution
All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
